We want you to love your locks, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare formulas cannot be returned unless they caused an adverse reaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
